We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Insurance Agent to join our team remotely. As a mid-level agent, you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting clients with their business insurance needs. This position requires a blend of sales skills, customer service, and industry knowledge to effectively assist clients and grow our insurance portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Consultation:** Provide expert advice to clients on various business insurance products, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability insurance.
- **Policy Management:** Assist clients in understanding, selecting, and managing their insurance policies, ensuring they have the right coverage to meet their business needs.
- **Sales and Marketing:** Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
- **Quoting and Underwriting:** Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, working closely with underwriters to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- **Claims Support:** Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring timely and fair resolution of claims.
- **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on changes in insurance laws and regulations.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in the CRM system.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business insurance sales or a related field.
- **Licensing:** Valid insurance license(s) as required by the state.
- **Skills:** Strong knowledge of business insurance products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes:** Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
